Guard against SPAM
Leaving your e-mail address on any guest book or forum can cause spam mail. If you do wish others to be able to contact you, you should consider disguising your address, eg johndotsmithatntlworlddotcom instead of john.smith@ntlworld.com. You can still leave a message without giving your e-mail address.
